Adv. Unni K. K. is a highly accomplished lawyer with over two decades of versatile practice, combining deep litigation experience with a strong corporate and advisory portfolio. A graduate of the School of Indian Legal Thought, (2002), he was formally enrolled as an Advocate in 2003 with the Bar Council of Kerala. From the very beginning of his career at the High Court of Kerala under Adv. Kodoth Sreedharan, Adv. Unni demonstrated a flair for handling specialized legal domains. He developed proficiency in Electricity Laws, Central Service Matters, and Land Acquisition Law. In 2005, he joined the office of Adv. P. N. Mohanan, a pioneer in Co-operative Society Law, where he gained unparalleled expertise in co-operative disputes, service laws, educational litigation, and motor vehicle Act. By 2010, Adv. Unni founded his independent practice, which has since grown into a trusted destination for corporates, public institutions, and international entities. Over time, he became a leading authority in the Mines and Minerals Act, Government Contracts, and environmental and land use laws, including the Kerala Paddy & Wetland Conservation Act.
